All maintenance and repairs are tracked through our work order system, creating a history of each property.
In addition to providing routine repairs, the maintenance department will troubleshoot larger issues. In the event an outside vendor is necessary, we have established relationships with local and reliable contractors and technicians of all types. We will schedule and oversee such repairs and communicate estimates, progress and completion to our owners. Our 24-hour on-call service takes care of unexpected emergencies.
