What Does Our Day-to-Day Look Like?
Going above and beyond. We vet properties, qualify guests, maintain strict quality standards, and preview each home before enrolling it into our rental program. We'll evaluate and rate your property, giving you valuable industry insight, and convey guest feedback to you. We supervise all aspects of keeping your home booked with qualified renters, and we also stay on top of things like city regulations and code changes. This ensures that your home is always safe, secure and in compliance. Just one less thing for you to worry about.
Balancing your books. Once we've approved a guest and are actively managing their reservation, we get to work. We handle licensing, payments, and transactions, and collect and pay state and resort taxes. We even offer a bookkeeping service, relieving you of the burden of managing bills. Even if you don't use it, we'll provide a year-end statement itemizing all income and expenses related to your property anyway.
Keeping standards high. We're always looking for ways to maintain our brand standard. That's why we utilize Breezeway property management software to ensure that our homes are exceptionally well cared for, and that our team, owners, and work vendors can communicate about each one effectively. After a guest departs, we inspect each home using Breezeway's methodology. Our owners can also opt in to use our inspection service even when their property is unoccupied.
