When you embark on a Longboat Key or Lido Key vacation with us, you’ll enjoy extraordinary service and everything you need to make the most of your getaway. The following amenities are standard in our rental properties:
Swimming Pools
What’s better than cooling off in a private, pristine pool after a day in the hot Florida sun? Whether you stay on Longboat Key or Lido Key, you’ll be just steps away from your very own pool. During cooler months, you may elect to heat the pool (an additional fee will apply).
All condominiums have heated pools. Many feature hot tubs, as well!
Fully Equipped Kitchens
If you dream of whipping up a delicious dinner for your loved ones while you’re staying in one of our beautiful properties, you’re in luck! All of our kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to entertain or to cook a lovely meal for two.
Bed & Bath Linens
When was the last time you got a perfect night of sleep? We know how important quality of rest is to our guests. That’s why we provide each of our rentals with high-quality bed linens. Plush bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, and washcloths are also provided. All linens are provided according to the property’s occupancy limit, so there’s always plenty for everyone!
Start-Up Supplies
You likely won’t have time to run to a store for essential supplies the second you arrive. The great news is that you won’t have to!
Each of our properties is stocked with a starter supply of the following: spice jar, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. You will also find small shampoos, conditioners, body washes, bath soaps, and a blowdryer.
Washers and Dryers
While staying at any of our Florida Vacation Connection properties, you will have access to washers and dryers within the home or condo. There are only a few without—in those cases, there is a community laundry room nearby for your convenience.
Utilities and Local Telephone Service
Basic utilities (including free, fast Wi-Fi) and local telephone service are included in your reservation.
CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection
Accidents happen, but they don’t have to ruin your vacation. Simply make a one-time payment of $59 and relax knowing that you’re covered for accidental property damage. For more details, please refer to the Description of Coverage.
CSA Trip Cancellation Insurance
Trip cancellation insurance is available at a cost of 7.25% of your total reservation and will be added to your booking cost. You may decline coverage by initialing and removing the plan cost from your advance deposit, but here’s why you may need it:
- Unexpected illness or injury
- Natural disasters, inclement weather, and/or mandatory evacuation
- Travel delays
- And more.
By purchasing trip cancellation insurance, you’ll be covered for non-refundable deposits and cancellation penalties. You’ll also gain access to a wide range of traveler’s assistance services. For more details, please refer to the Description of Coverage.
