Shane was awarded Best Stand Up Comic at HBO’s prestigious US Comedy Arts Festival in 2007. TV appearances include Comedy Central’s “Live at Gotham”, Showtime’s BBC’s, The Playboy Channel, and on The Bob and Tom radio show and Late Night with Conan O’Brien. Shane is widely considered one of the best young national headliners in the business. For someone who seems so, well, off-balance and vaguely inebriated both on and off stage, Mauss exhibits a keen sense of focus on what it takes to make a joke funny.
