Chef Raymond Arpke, co-owner and cooking inspiration of Euphemia Haye, integrates classical training, innovative flair, and a love for fresh foods to provide consistently outstanding global and eclectic cuisine. All breads, stocks, sauces, soups and desserts are homemade on the premises. Serving a carefully prepared al a carte menu allows for fresh, local, and creative fare for all, including our vegetarian diners.
